Job description

  • We are looking for a proactive, passionate and meticulous Sales Account Executive. This position is of strategic importance in our mission to deliver innovative CX solutions and expand our customer portfolio through dynamic and targeted sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Define sales approach strategy, in collaboration with sales management (how to interact with potential customers).
  • Qualify new business opportunities, by discovering customer needs.
  • Present solutions adapted to customer needs.
  • Participate in promotional sales events, direct selling techniques, customer service, leadership and product classroom training.
  • Qualify new sales opportunities, with a focus on discovering customer needs.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns focusing on territory and specific product offerings in collaboration with sales operations and marketing departments.
  • Solicit sales from existing core installation lists and new account lists.
  • Maintain records of all sales interactions with customers and internal departments using CRM.
  • Close deals.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally in a technology environment.
  • Ability to read business reports and adopt strategy accordingly.
  • Excellent understanding of computer systems, software and hardware.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
