- We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team. This role is fundamental to ensuring the smooth running of sales operations and the administrative efficiency of our sales department.
- The Sales Administrator will be the pillar that guarantees the integrity of sales processes and the accuracy of sales data.
Responsibilities
- Ensure administrative management of sales, including contract preparation, order tracking and invoicing.
- Act as liaison between sales teams, logistics and customers for smooth and efficient coordination.
- Keep customer database up to date and ensure accuracy of sales information.
- Provide logistical support to sales teams, including diary management, travel arrangements and meeting preparation.
- Analyze sales data and prepare periodic reports for the management team.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of sales administration processes to increase overall efficiency.
- Commercial follow-up of customers by providing advice, information and advice.
- Drawing up quotations.
- Invoice registration.
- Payment follow-up.
- After-sales follow-up and settlement of any disputes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Management, Commerce, Operational Sales Management, IT negotiation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration or similar role.
- Proven data management skills and ability to use CRM, ERP and data processing software.
- Strong accounting skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in written and spoken French is a plus.
