We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Agents to join our SACCO team in Rubaga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the SACCO’s financial products and services, recruiting new members, and driving loan and savings portfolio growth. This role suits individuals with a passion for sales, financial literacy, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote SACCO products and services (loans, savings, memberships) to prospective and existing clients.
- Recruit new members and guide them through the registration and onboarding process.
- Conduct market outreach and community sensitization activities to raise awareness about SACCO benefits.
- Meet set sales targets and contribute to branch growth objectives.
- Provide accurate product information and respond to customer inquiries.
- Collect client feedback and report market trends to supervisors.
- Assist members with application forms and necessary documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and referrals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE); a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Microfinance, or related field is an added advantage.
- Experience in field sales, microfinance, or community-based marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with SACCO operations and financial inclusion principles is an asset.
- Fluency in English and Luganda is preferred.
- Must be a resident or familiar with Rubaga and surrounding areas.
