a)Ensuring that renewal invitations are sent to clients timely and that correct figures are captured in the system, together with correct rates.
b)Capturing new business into the operating system and assigning policy numbers to the schemes.
c)Drafting insurance policy documents and presenting for review so as to ensure that specific parameters have been captured in line with under writing guidelines and Treaty provisions.
d)Ensuring that biodata records are correct in the system.s
e)Preparing reinsurance bordereau.
f)Preparing reinsurance premiums, commission ,and stamp duty vouchers for payment when due asper Service Level Agreements.
g)Reconciliation of Group Life premiums and supplementary payments against supporting schedules once the payment is received.
h)Extracting data for reporting, and providing input to the weekly ,monthly ,quarterly, and annual reports.
i)Handling client servicing issues including resolving/escalating customer support queries according to SLA, maintaining a correspondence file for clients, and attending to incoming clients.
j Accurate and timely filing and record keeping.
COMPETENCES,QUALIFICATIONS,ANDEXPERIENCE
a)First university degree in Business Administration ,Social Sciences or equivalent.
b)One(1)year experience in a similar environment
c)Ability to plan his/her work on a daily or weekly basis and achieve basic targets.
d)Clear verbal and written communication in line with the job requirements.
e)Ability to analyse operating problems relevant to the job.
