Responsible for sales analysis and reporting for core markets.
Key Result Area
- • Sourcing data from primary and secondary sources to use for analysis and supporting business decisions.
- • Ensure data captured is of good and sufficient to support business functions and activities.
- • Developing and maintaining adhoc databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format.
- • Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
- • Monitoring business performance and performance trends.
- • Preparing reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- • Working with technical teams, process owners, business managers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance or business improvement strategies.
- • Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
- • Monitor SDD projects progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- • Preparation of Franchise Partners and Sales teams KPI targets for daily and monthly Performance monitoring and Tracking.
Ideal Candidate
Must have :
- • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or a similar field
- • 3+ years of experience analyzing complex data (preferred)
- • Proficiency with data analysis tools/statistical tools
- • Strong mathematical skills
- • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- • Attention to detail
- • Exceptional eye for details
- • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as individually
- • High integrity is mandatory
