Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, conducting property presentations, closing deals, and contributing to the overall marketing efforts of the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and personable individual to contribute to the growth and success of our real estate company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming client inquiries and requests for information on our property listings
  • Conduct engaging and informative presentations to potential clients about our available properties
  • Negotiate and close real estate transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of real estate marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the local real estate market, including new developments and industry regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

  • College degree or diploma, preferably in a related field such as business, marketing, or real estate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to successfully navigate real estate transactions
  • Experience in both sales and marketing functions, specifically in the real estate industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and driven to achieve sales and marketing goals
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles in the real estate sector is highly desirable
