We are in search of a Sales and Marketing Manager who will spearhead our efforts to strengthen market presence, drive sales growth, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and marketing within the courier and logistics sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
2. Marketing and Brand Management
- Devise and execute marketing campaigns to promote Smart Deliveries’ services.
- Build and maintain a strong brand presence through various channels, including digital marketing and traditional advertising
3. Client Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of services
4. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
5. Market Intelligence:
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer proferences.
- Utilize market insights to refine and optimize sales and marketing strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing preferably within the courier and delivery service sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
