The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for driving the growth of the company by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s services.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop marketing strategies, manage advertising campaigns, oversight of social media and digital marketing efforts, and market research.
• Prepare sales proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
• Manage the company’s online presence, including the website and social media channels, to enhance brand visibility.
• Track and report on sales metrics, marketing campaign performance, and customer feedback.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree is an added advantage
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
