- Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Sales and Marketing Staff Team Leader (S&MSTL) is responsible for leading and developing the sales and marketing field staff, coordinating sales and marketing operations, and implementing sales and marketing strategies and techniques to enable the Company meet and/or surpass its sales and marketing targets consistently.
- The S&MTL sets the goals, objectives and targets for the sales and marketing team and tracks progress toward their realisation; and conducts regular performance reviews on the sales and marketing field staff and provides regular constructive feedback.
- The S&MTL trains and onboards new sales and marketing team members; develops, implements and monitors sales and marketing strategies; analyses sales and marketing data and market trends to optimize strategies; and collaborates with his/her superiors and other Departments to align sales and marketing objectives with the overall Company goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Leadership or Commerce with specialized knowledge and skills in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field from a reputable University.
- A Master’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in any of the above fields is an added advantage.
- Minimum of at least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing or sales and marketing staff leadership is required.
- Proven work experience as a Sales and/or Marketing Officer, Sales and/or Marketing Leader or Sales and Marketing Team Leader or a similar position in the Sales and Marketing Department is required.
- Professional certification in marketing or related field; demonstrated excellent knowledge of various modern marketing techniques, tactics and Principles; and possession of high-level communication and networking skills, are a plus.
