Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing the medical representatives in Lusaka city from coaching to performing.
Responsible for key account management and commercial agreements.
Managing the sales activities of the assigned region to ensure maximum market penetration.
Managing marketing events -exhibitions – meetings -trainings to cope with the company strategy.
Managing medical and sales team resources (samples -materials -giveaways)
Strengthening relationships with key doctors and directors.
Involved partially in the logistics, distribution, and collection tasks.
Forecasting on weekly basis the estimated sales and expenditures.
Conducting market analysis and feedback., beside analyzing the products performances versus stocks to enhance demand and supply
Estimating the ROI of any sponsorship or event and committed to the sales policies of bonuses and discounts.
Requirements & Skills:
• Proven experience in managing and directing a sales team.
Knowledge of market potentials, accounts, and doctors.
Technical sales – marketing skills – MS office apps and outlook.
Ability to work under pressure.
Team management and leadership skills.
Positive attitude and taking initiatives.
