We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to join our team. The Sales and Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supervising the activities of our regional managers to ensure the efficient operation of our sales and service delivery processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering collaboration across regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of regional managers, including sales performance, client relationships, and service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Provide guidance and support to Regional Managers in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to satreamline operational processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance service quality.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to regional managers to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence across regional teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales and operations management roles, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
