- We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Coordinator with a background in the feed mill industry to join our sales team.
- The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales activities, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and sales transactions for feed mill products.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels using CRM software or other systems.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track sales activities and identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in developing sales strategies, pricing policies, and promotional campaigns to increase market share and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
- Provide sales support and training to internal staff and external partners on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments related to the feed mill industry, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Stay informed about new products, technologies, and innovations in the feed mill industry, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Negotiating all contracts with potential and prospective clients.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Obtaining deposit and balance of payment for clients.
- Answering clients’ questions about credit terms, product prices and availability.
- Expanding the business by bringing more customers.
- Prepare and recommend a sales budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget to ensure business alignment.
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
- 6 – 8 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in a feed mill manufacturing company.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or customer service roles within the feed mill industry, with a thorough understanding of feed mill operations and products.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and strategies, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools for managing customer relationships and sales data.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve common goals.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and customer needs, with a customer-centric approach to sales and service.
