Key Responsibilities
Sales Training:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the needs of our sales teams.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed sales documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
- Ensure that sales processes, methodologies, and best practices are documented and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for documentation purposes.
3. Market Focus:
- Leverage your experience in emerging markets, particularly in Egypt and Nigeria, to tailor enablement strategies to the unique challenges and opportunities in these regions.
- Collaborate with local sales teams to understand market dynamics and incorporate regional insights into training programs.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Foster strong collaboration with regional sales leaders to ensure consistent messaging and practices.
5. Learning Management System:
- With the support of the L&D and Content Marketing team, build the internal LMS to create an ecosystem of learning and continuous growth
- Maintain, build, and create a sales academy to onboard new and upskill existing reps
- Create assessment frameworks and ensure reps are onboarded in a timely manner with complete product knowledge
- Own KPIs such as onboarding time, time to value, conversion rates and work on initiatives to further improve these metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales enablement, training, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes
- Experience working in emerging markets
- Best in business communication and presentation skills – this is non-negotiable
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials
- Results-oriented with a track record of improving sales team performance
