Job Details:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Field Operations & Sales Execution

  • Ensure early opening of agent stores and timely field visits to cover all sales points (shops, supermarkets, hotels, bars, hospitals, etc.).
  • Monitor product availability, stock levels, and check for expired products in assigned outlets.
  • Arrange product displays to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Accompany agent sales teams on routes, supervise activities, and report issues to management.
  • Follow up on orders when stock is low to prevent out-of-stock situations.

Brand & Promotional Compliance

  • Ensure company fridges display only approved products (no competitor items).
  • Load and push all company brands (soda, water, energy drinks, juice, biscuits); penalties apply for non-compliance.
  • Execute promotions correctly, ensuring bonuses reach customers (failure = theft/dishonesty).
  • Display posters at high-visibility points and replace damaged/removed ones.
  • Report competitor intelligence—never disclose company pricing, processes, or strategies.

Sales Targets & Performance

  • Achieve minimum 85% of monthly sales targets; consistent failure (3+ months) may lead to termination.
  • Enforce territory respect among agents and prevent dumping (unauthorized cross-selling).
  • Use profit strategies to sell slow-moving products.

Customer & Agent Relations

  • Know all customers by name and ensure they recognize you as a company representative.
  • Prevent overcharging—violations may result in termination and loss of benefits.
  • Advise agents on proper stock arrangement to minimize damages/expiries.
  • Report agents mixing competitor products in trucks/stores.

Compliance & Ethics

  • Strictly avoid alcohol during work hours.
  • Reject bribes and remain loyal to the company.
  • Handle company property (phones, laptops) responsibly; negligence costs will be deducted.
  • Use only company communication lines for agent/customer interactions.

Reporting & Ad Monitoring

  • Submit daily reports to the data office and weekly summaries to supervisors.
  • Monitor TV/radio ads and report outdated or incorrect pricing.

Financial Integrity

  • If entrusted with money by an agent, avoid misuse (risk of legal action).

Professional Conduct

  • Maintain a neat, professional appearance to uphold company image.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing major) or related field.
  • 2+ years in field sales/merchandising in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills:

  • Market experience (2–3 years hands-on).
  • Customer service excellence and ability to work under pressure.
  • Independent work ethic with adherence to company guidelines.
