Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to transport hubs, construction sites, and farms. Perform fleet audits to identify immediate parts needs. Pitch genuine parts as cost-saving solutions.
Conduct training for mechanics on genuine parts usage.
Support marketing campaigns (parts promotions, seasonal discounts). Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand. Prepare competitor benchmarking reports.
Handle warranty claims and coordinate with service teams.Submit weekly call reports and client feedback summaries. Manage accounts, bulk orders, and seasonal planning.
Re-engage dissatisfied clients and rebuild trust.
