POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Executive is responsible for Increasing the revenue through increased credit conversions within the stores including both OM and Operator channels.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Drive sell out by conversion of cash customers to credit
2. Increase in revenue through increased credit conversions within the stores including both OM and Operator channels
3. Ensure effective and efficient route compliance of the SR team including weekly planning and objectives
4. Increase of store coverage by 8 new stores per month to increase the Simu universe
5. Communicate Watu Simu activities to FF, FSS/M, Dealers and Customers in a timely manner (any changes in process, rates etc.)
6. Build and maintain strong working relationships with all store staff and management
7. Recommend, implement and report on promotional activities in the region
8. Provide continuous feedback to management on competition market sensing & activities, recommend counter solutions to implement quick wins / fixes within the designated region
9. Identify training needs and escalate to trainer for action (including refreshers for stores that are finding difficulties in maintaining sell out.
10. Gather feedback from customer complaints, queries and requests and ensure resolution
11. Update WoW store performance and identify key indicators to increase sell out
12. Check on store capacity and stock status for appropriate Simu sell out
13. Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained
14. Negotiate POS material placement with store owners/managers.
15. Manage discretionary giveaways to ensure optimum return on investment
16. Any other task assigned by management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education (degree/diploma)
Minimum Diploma in any business related field
Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and Marketing and 2 years of experience working with a credit /fin tech company
