We are a construction equipment Retail business based in Tema. We are looking for a high performing Sales Manager to help us grow our customer base and increase sales revenue through the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies to meet sales targets
• Maintain company’s relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention
• Grow customer based by identifying target customers and establishing contact with them by way of references & calls to drive sales
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Prepare sales reports and analyse data to guide marketing strategies
• Analyse sales trends and carry out market surveys to guide stock requisition

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration (Marketing), Communications or related field
• At least 2 years of work or relevant experience in Marketing and meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of construction equipment is a plus
• Demonstrated skills in multi-channel marketing (digital, in-person, print etc)
• Interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Customer service skills
