Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the hydraulic repair market.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
3. Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of hydraulic systems and repair processes.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding hydraulic repairs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions for clients.
4. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hydraulic repair industry or a related technical field.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components.
