Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the sale of stone products and achieving the company’s sales targets.
Develop new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and follow up on customer needs regularly.
Participate in the formulation of sales plans and strategies and actively promote the company’s products.
Contact customers through phone calls, emails, visits, etc. to promote order transactions.
Collect market and competitor information and feedback to the sales manager.
Participate in exhibitions and industry activities to expand business opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations and order follow-up to ensure timely delivery of products.
Coordinate after-sales services and resolve basic customer complaints and problems.
Qualifications and Experience
Have about 1 year of sales experience, experience in the stone or building materials industry is preferred.
Good communication skills and customer service awareness, able to build good relationships with customers.
