JOB PURPOSE

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising Sales Agents and Dealers to achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager (ASM). You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, conducting sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise Sales Agents and Dealers as assigned by the ASM.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
  • Develop journey plans for Sales Agents.
  • Receive and report on sales, leads, and customer issues.
  • Track and review sales performance metrics daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
  • Organize and coordinate Sales Agents’ daily BTL/Marketing activities.
  • Collect and submit competitive intelligence and market trends.
  • Drive sales uplift for assigned dealerships and ensure monthly growth.
  • Conduct gate meetings with the sales agents and dealership teams and daily coaching with Sales Agents.
  • Collaborate with ASM and customer service to enhance customer relationships.
  • Responsible for training and shadowing of the sales agents.
  • Conduct sales follow-ups and closings with Sales Agents.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Experience managing a team of Sales Agents for at least 2 years.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills to track and analyze sales data and trends
