Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels, including online, phone inquiries, referrals, and networking.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Hyundai truck models, features, pricing, financing options, and industry trends.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Present truck options to potential customers and conduct test drives.
- Negotiation and Deal Closing: Negotiate sales terms and finalize deals with customers.
- Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Sales Reporting and CRM: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Sales Experience: Experience in commercial vehicle sales is preferred, especially in the automotive industry.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and engage with customers.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.

Driving License: A valid driving license, ideally for commercial vehicles, is an advantage.

IT Literacy: Proficiency in using CRM and other relevant software.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the local automotive market and relevant regulations.
