Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency in the school’s brand messaging across all communication channels
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold the school’s image and reputation

Event Management

• Plan and execute school events, open houses and promotional activities to attract prospective students and engage the community

Marketing Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement Marketing strategies
• Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote the school’s programs, boarding, achievements and events
• Utilise various channels, including digital platforms, traditional media and community outreach to enhance the school’s visibility

Print & Digital Marketing

• Oversee the school’s online presence, including the website and social media platforms
• Implement digital marketing strategies to reach a wider audience and engage with current and prospective stakeholders
• Draft press releases, articles and other communications to showcase the school’s achievements and activities

Collaboration

• Work closely with academic departments, admissions and administrative teams to gather information for effective communication and marketing materials
• Collaborate with alumni for promotional activities and engagement initiatives

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing), Public Relations International Business or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing, PR, or communications roles, preferably in the education sector
• Proficient in English, knowledge of French and other languages would be an added advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Budget creation in collaboration with the finance team
