The Responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to the following:

• Planning and presenting lessons to facilitate students’ understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
• Preparing and distributing learning material such as notes, assignments, and quizzes.
• Sourcing for supplies needed for lessons.
• Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive for learning.
• Grading assignments and quizzes in a timely manner.
• Invigilating quizzes and final examinations.
• Documenting and reporting on students’ progress.
• Preparing candidates for National Examinations.

To be considered for this position, the candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or its equivalent with a specialization in mathematics.
• Computer literacy will be added advantage.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the teaching profession.
• Must have high ethical standards.
• Must be registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia

The successful candidate must be result oriented and have the ability to work with own initiative, ability to understand scope of work, paying particular attention to Company policies and corporate objectives.
