Requirements:
• Post-graduation qualification in Education.
• Evidence of continuous learning/ professional development.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in school leadership position.
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience in Secondary school level.
• Proficiency in English, both written & spoken is a prerequisite.
• Lead the implementation of the Tanzanian curriculum with a focus on innovation and transformative practices.
• Champion the integration of ICT into teaching methodologies and learning processes.
• Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate teaching staff towards academic excellence.
