Plan, prepare and maintain all units of study.

·      Be resourceful! Implement and update the curriculum as student needs dictate to fit within the defined brand of the Academy, which include well-thought class presentations and interactions.

·      Be present! Ensure that you are actively engaged in all routine set activities at the academy including faculty meetings and activities, organizing class activities and programs, field trips participation, and safety of students at all times.

·      Demonstrate proactiveness in dealing with students’ performances and wellbeing in liaison with parents, peer students, and fellow teaching staff

·      Drive excellent and constructive students’ academic assessment with subsequent progress reports furnishing the school’s principal

·      Set activities and teaching programs designed to be conducive to the mental and emotional development of the students

·      Ensure you are aggressive in record keeping students’ activities in accordance with laws, and school policies

·      Develop students’ academic, mental and physical wellbeing while guiding them with various life problems they may encounter.

·      Establish a cordial relationship with the whole team on campus to ensure that the school achieves it set goals and objectives

·      Demonstrate complete stewardship with the students’ lives evidenced in your ability to enforce rules and disciplinary actions where necessary

REQUIREMENTS

·       Applicants should have Bachelor’s degree in Education

·       Fluent in English

·       Must have 3 years working experience

·       Should be ready to sign child safeguarding policy

·       Emotionally stable and spiritually mature, honest and transparent and has ability to transfer knowledge
