Summary
We are looking for a Human to spearhead efforts to optimise the performance, integrity, and security of our data infrastructure and pipelines
Requirements:
- University degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics).
- Ownership mindset with the ability to propose scalable solutions.
- Self-learner with quick adaptation to new technical skills.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning.
- Proficient in analytics tools (SQL, dbt, Python, R, Prefect, Airflow).
- Skilled in crafting complex queries and managing SQL/NOSQL databases.
- Experience with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
- Knowledge of data modelling and database technologies.
- Familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and analytics tools (S3, Athena, Glue, Quicksight, GCS, Dataproc).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
