• Champion the implementation of cutting-edge solutions, including two-way video medical care and a standardized, cloud-based health management information system (HMIS).
• Lead initiatives to expand high-speed internet access to every health facility in the LifeNet International network, ensuring connectivity reaches even the most remote
2 areas.
• Forge strategic partnerships and leverage digital tools to streamline processes, improve data management, and drive continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
