- Formulating a vision and strategy for Playrix’s platform services
Requirements
Engineering background (degree) and development experience
Experience in product development (mobile, web, or desktop)
Experience managing a team of engineers (10-40 people): hiring as well as coordinating and improving efficiency
Experience creating a culture of independent and self-organized teams
Experience building and developing flexible processes of production, delivery, and product operation
Experience implementing changes/improvements at the department level
Preferred
Experience working with high-load products with distributed architecture
Stack: C++, Python, Go, JS
Experience in game development
Experience producing tools for game development
Understanding of game engine architecture
