Experience
At least six (6) years’ experience in health service delivery at the level of Officer or
At least three (3) years’ experience as a Trainer at the level of Officer

- Good communication, counseling and interpersonal skills.
Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Contribute to development of policy on continuing education
- Carry out training needs assessment for health workers
- Conduct training of District Health Teams
- Offer guidance on continuing education for health workers
- Coordinate and evaluate continuing education programmes
- Support curriculum development for continuing education
- Monitor and update database for health workers undergoing continuing education
