Senior HSE/ISO In charge will oversee and implement the health, safety, and environmental management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all HSE/ISO regulations and standards are strictly adhered to, and that all employees are trained and equipped to work in a safe and healthy environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience:
• 5+ years

Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain the HSE/ISO management system in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of the manufacturing facility to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
• Develop and deliver HSE/ISO training programs for all employees, including management, to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Investigate and report on all HSE incidents, near misses, and accidents, and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that HSE/ISO requirements are integrated into all aspects of the manufacturing process.
• Develop and maintain the emergency response plan, and conduct regular emergency drills to ensure preparedness.
• Lead and mentor the HSE/ISO team, and provide guidance and support to all employees in matters related to health, safety, and environment.

• Reports to the Quality Assurance Manager
• Supervises ISO coordinator
