Role
East African Holding S.C invites applications for the role of Senior Human Resource
Advisor. This pivotal position reports directly to the shareholders and is tasked with
providing strategic HR guidance to uphold the company’s objectives and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver strategic HR advisory services to the shareholders.
Analyze and advise on HR policies, talent management, and organizational
development.
Guide leadership on best HR practices, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Formulate strategies for employee engagement and retention.
Oversee the implementation of HR initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate
goals
Requirements:
Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Extensive experience in an HR advisory capacity, especially in large, diverse
organizations.
Proven track record of effective HR strategy development and leadership
advisement.
Proficient in current HR trends, laws, and corporate governance.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at a high level.
Schedule: Full-time or on a call basis, with a requirement to be on-site as needed.
