As a Senior IT & Data Manager, your objective is to lead system administration, data management, and
process digitization within the organisation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and
effective utilisation of IT resources to support the company’s targets. You will work closely with the
Group Finance Director to align IT strategies with business needs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
OVERALL DUTY
Team Lead
• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and supervise the system administration team, data management team, and software digitization team.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate.
Stakeholder management
• Ensure the integrity, availability, and security of the company’s IT infrastructure, including
networks, servers, and databases.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritise IT requirements and ensure
timely delivery of IT solutions.
Operational Management and Compliance
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and best
practices.
• Plan and oversee the execution of IT projects, ensuring successful implementation within defined timelines and budgets
• Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance, projects, and budget utilisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Lead
• Provide training and guidance to IT staff and end-users on IT systems, tools, and
procedures.
Stakeholder management
• Manage Internal and External Stakeholders across all duties
• Support Departments in implementation of IT
Solutions for Process Optimization
• Coordinate external IT service providers Operational Management and Compliance
• Collaborate with the Finance and IT Director to establish and monitor IT budgets and expenditures.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and
support of IT infrastructure and software.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and implement
corrective actions.
• Develop and implement data security and disaster recovery plans to safeguard company information.
WHO YOU ARE
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s
degree is preferred.

COMPETENCE AND SKILLS
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in IT, system administration, data management or
digitization.
• Experience in Programming Language (Java, Python, etc)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in leading a team
