Qualification Required & Experience
A person seeking appointment as an Lecturer must:
• Have been appointed as a Senior Lecturer in the relevant discipline in an accredited tertiary institution in Ghana or elsewhere
• Possess a PhD in the relevant field of specialization
• Have taught for a minimum of 4 years as a Lecturer in his/her current institution
• Demonstrate the capacity for continous research and publication
• Have a minimum of 6 publications in recognised reputable peer reviewed journals
