Job Title: Senior Manager – Government & Enterprises
Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer
Division – Commercial Operations
Mission/ Core purpose of the Job
To develop and implement corporate sales strategy and manage relationships with key strategic accounts in large enterprises and Government in line with the Company’s Sales Strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Main Job Functions:
- Develop and manage the implementation of the annual corporate (Government and Enterprise) sales strategy.
- Identify and onboard major government and large enterprise customers and build a healthy business relationship.
- Manage the performance and development of Sales Manager and Key Account Managers through coaching and mentoring and overall guidance on sectional targets.
- Conduct market survey and identify valuable emerging markets and new products.
- Study the business sales trends; conduct forecasts for future sales and strategize to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.
- Represent Business at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.
- Introduce innovations that are geared towards maximizing new business development opportunities.
- Conduct market intelligence on competitor sales activities and design collective actions to counter them.
- Negotiate and commercialize agreements for long term contracts with large enterprise customers.
- Generate a healthy sales pipeline and lead tracking process for execution with the account sales managers.
- Develop customer retention strategies to ensure business growth and continuity for existing customers.
- Carry out periodic account reviews; identify potential areas for business growth and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders (Marketing, Technology solutions, EBU, finance and other segments) and leverage their support in securing large accounts
Qualifications
Education:
-
Com / Sales & Marketing / BBA/Engineering or equivalent.

MBA or a Post graduate Degree or Diploma or Professional qualification in a business related discipline is an added advantage.
Experience:
-
5 Years’ Experience in sales management position in a fast-paced multinational company in a highly competitive industry dealing in semi-durable high-tech goods that require after-sales service or experience in an ICT environment.

Experience in relationship management, sales and/or marketing role in a service industry
