Experiences
At least three (3) years’ experience at the level of Nursing Officer (Nursing) in a reputable organisation.
- Good management, communication, counseling and interpersonal skills.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Participate in research activities
- Plan, monitor and evaluate nursing activities.
- Liaise with Wards/Units and Departments to ensure provision of quality nursing services.
- Allocate duties to Nursing staff and students for smooth running of wards/units.
- Supervise, coach and mentor students and staff.
- Conduct performance appraisal of the Nursing staff.
- Develop and implement nursing protocols
- Prepare and submit reports
