  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and contractual obligations for SRRPF.
  • Provide operational support to the Project Director for the successful implementation of SRRPF objectives.

  • Act as the focal point for internal stakeholders and ensure cohesive coordination between Regional Office and HQ-level units, particularly the Fund Management Services unit in HQ.
  • Support donor engagement processes in collaboration with the Project Director, with a focus on compliance and fund management transparency.

Experience and Technical comptencies (included year of experience)

  • At least 5 years’ experience in managing large, multi-stakeholder funds, preferably in complex or humanitarian settings.
  • Strong understanding of donor requirements and compliance, including pooled fund management.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial oversight, risk management, and governance structures.
  • Excellent coordination and operational skills, with experience in navigating multi-country project management.
  • Proven ability to work independently, with a clear understanding of managing and escalating risk
  • Proven ability to propose creative solutions to challenges, and proven ability deliver results within a flexible and adaptive framework
  • Proven capability in budget and financial management, including strong skills with spreadsheet and resource planning software
  • Successful experience working within culturally and politically diverse teams and institutions, in a fluid and dynamic environment
