Major Duties and Responsibilities:-
- To participate in sales trip and special prospects with other members of sales team,
- To participate in minimum 1 to 2 entertainment per week when hotel is fully open/operational,
- Development of leads on trade associations, clubs and organizations, local associations and weeding through newspaper, directors and from past business files,
- Follow up and trace all meeting and food functions,
- Development and sales of menu in conjunctions with the chef, food and beverage and Director of Sales or Sales manager respectively,
- Will maintain a use all sales administration system,
- Will prepare a weekly report that highlights actions covered during that period include feedback on market trends and future sales activity,
- Will complete an activity report by set date,
- To attend sales meeting and morning briefing are required,
- All new promotions and charges in the hotel’s facilities, services or rates should be communicated to clients on sales calls,
- To attend all sales functions, events and also attend client’s organized events
Job Requirements
Qualification : Sales and Marketing BA, MBA Sales and Marketing
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of sales and customer service experience with proven ability to close sales.
- Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services industry is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
