Your duties will include but are not limited to the following: 

• Deliver training programs to light vehicle operators, including theory and practical sessions
• Assessing the abilities of individual drivers, leading classroom and on-the-road training sessions, observing driving practices and offering feedback, and ensuring adherence to all relevant safety policies and procedures
• Assist in the development and review of training programs for light vehicle operators.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of trainees to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including training certificates, attendance records, and evaluation results.
• Ensure that all training activities are conducted in a safe and controlled environment.
• Ensure that all training equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Advanced Technical Trade Qualification
• Minimum 5 years experience of light duty vehicles on various types including 4x4s
• Accredited TEVETA Trainer & Assessor
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent IT skills and knowledge of relevant software
• Knowledge of the Driving regulations
• Work flexibly and make decisions quickly
