Position: Service Manager (1 Position)
Role Summary
The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This leadership role requires strong technical knowledge, operational management skills, and the ability to drive performance within a dynamic automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all workshop and service department operations

Lead, supervise, and mentor technicians and service staff
-
Ensure timely and high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs
-
Monitor productivity, service efficiency, and departmental KPIs
-
Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth
-
Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and safety regulations
-
Manage service budgets, cost controls, and performance reporting
-
Handle customer concerns and ensure professional resolution of issues
-
Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure availability of required components
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
-
Proven experience in automotive service management or workshop supervision
-
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repairs
-
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
-
Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance
-
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
-
Proficiency in workshop management systems and MS Office
