Position: Service Manager (1 Position)

Role Summary

The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This leadership role requires strong technical knowledge, operational management skills, and the ability to drive performance within a dynamic automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all workshop and service department operations

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor technicians and service staff

  • Ensure timely and high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs

  • Monitor productivity, service efficiency, and departmental KPIs

  • Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and safety regulations

  • Manage service budgets, cost controls, and performance reporting

  • Handle customer concerns and ensure professional resolution of issues

  • Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure availability of required components

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

  • Proven experience in automotive service management or workshop supervision

  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repairs

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

  • Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in workshop management systems and MS Office
