Key Qualifications and Work Experience required for the role: | ||
· Minimum of Diploma or its equivalent in Business Administration or a related field. · Must have attained at least a Credit in Mathematics at UCE and a Principal Pass in Economics or Entrepreneurship Education at UACE. · 2 years’ experience in fish processing/handling or a related field is advantageous. |

Customer management abilities and good Customer care skills. · Good grasp of the English Language and local languages. · Must be organized and accurate. · Must be willing to work long hours when required. · Be able to work in a multicultural environment. · Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively. · Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards. · Attention to detail in handling, sorting, grading, and packing fish. · Willingness to learn and adapt to different processing techniques. · Good communication skills and a positive work attitude. |
