Prestige Bluestar Holdings Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Operations Manager to oversee our on-site activities and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. This key role involves regular site visits, quality control, and direct client interaction to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Satisfaction:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during on-site work, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met or exceeded. Address any concerns promptly and effectively.

Site Visits:

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, ensuring all work is completed according to scope and quality standards. Identify and resolve any issues that arise on-site to maintain smooth operations.

Quality Control:

  • Oversee the quality of work performed by site teams, ensuring adherence to company standards. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high levels of service delivery.

Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently. Provide guidance and leadership to site supervisors and workers to enhance productivity.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on site visits, including observations, issues, and recommendations. Communicate regularly with senior management on project status and any client-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, site supervision, or a similar role, preferably in the property care, construction, or cleaning industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
