Sous Chef As a vital member of our culinary team, the Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. Ideal candidates will have:
• 3-5 years of culinary experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen.
• Proven ability to manage kitchen operations effectively under the guidance of an Executive Chef.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, recipes, and standards with a commitment to innovation and quality.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development and training.
