• Strategic analysis of Regional Special Events activity and alignment to sales and marketing strategy, divisional and CCBSA requirements
• Regional Special Events information gathered and analyzed
• Regional calendar compiled, adjusted and maintained
• Management of site based Special Events coordinators ensuring regular communication, site visits and reporting systems and structures
• Developed and communicated regional special events calendar compiled and executed in conjunction with the Regional Marketing Services Managers, DME’s, Promotions coordinators and channels
• Management maintenance of Central and site based special events equipment
• Liaison with sports and events organizers to maximize relationships and event leverage
• Formulated and controlled Capital and Fixed costs budget for Special events across the region
• Managed procurement and ordering of special events equipment
• optimized customer service and communication to event organizers on event brand leverage and sales

Skills, Experience & Education
Formal Qualification in Marketing
• 3 years Special Events experience
• Computer literacy essential
