Responsibilities

Operational Delivery

  • Data Collection and Integration: Integrate HR-related data from various sources, including employee databases, performance evaluations, recruitment metrics etc.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency to create a reliable dataset for analysis
  • Data Modeling and Predictive Analytics: Develop advanced data models to analyze HR data, such as employee performance, turnover rates, and talent acquisition metrics
  • Apply predictive analytics techniques to forecast trends in workforce behavior
  • Employee Engagement and Retention Analysis: Analyze employee engagement survey data and other relevant metrics to identify patterns and trends Propose data-driven strategies to improve employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention rates
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Optimization: Utilize data analysis to optimize the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, selection methods, and time-to-fill positions
  • Identify key metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide insights into HR
  • Workforce Planning and Skill Gap Analysis: Conduct workforce planning using historical data and market trends to anticipate future staffing needs
  • Perform skill gap analysis to identify areas where training and development programs to enhance the employees’ skills
  • Compliance and Diversity Analytics: Monitor HR compliance metrics, ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR staff and other employees on how to use automated HR systems effectively
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance the understanding of automated processes, promoting self-service options where applicable
  • Data Management and Security: Oversee the management of HR data, ensuring its accuracy, security, and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Implement data security protocols and maintain confidentiality standards, especially when dealing with sensitive employee information

Key Deliverables

  • Conduct workforce analyses and advice on appropriate levels of staffing, skill sets, paygrades, and workforce mix:
  • Analyze and assist with gathering human capital resource data, ensuring the accuracy of the data presented in reports and reviews.
  • Provide analytical support in terms of quality and quantity to HR management
  • Completes administration tasks and analysis for share plans
  • Ensures a monthly tracking on total overhead budget and the potential non-staff related costs.
  • Monitor the costs against business targets & budget and share monthly reports with relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in developing manageable budget milestones that align with goals and earned value management.
  • Provide support and guidelines related to cost accounting, financial management and financial execution.
  • Assist with creating, processing, and following through on financial documentation for knowledge management and auditing authorities
  • Assist in the development of documentation initiatives to include policy, procedures, guidance documents, messaging and strategies on internal and external communications.
  • Support writing, unifying and standardizing all documentation to include a life cycle period for reviewing and updating the documents.
  • Develop and establish a file and storage capability for all documentation according to a standard file record system (digital solution)
  • Develop, review and maintain all documentation (policy, directives, Charters, etc.) and the process and procedures to maintain reviews and updates
  • Support the establishment of an efficient HR Secretariat.
  • Manage HR Projects and Project management team
  • Identify key priorities and processes necessary to promote HR strategic initiatives and manage transactional projects at department or division level
  • Manage and ensure accountability on defined programs/projects, forecast, resourcing, schedules, issues, risks, interdependencies, change management.
  • Ensure that all projects have a reporting mechanism that provides concise, visual information on status and impact of key components of the project, including integration/rollup to other projects and/or program plans as appropriate to be reviewed with HR senior leadership on a periodic basis
  • Develop initiative measures to define progress and success and establish key performance indicators
  • Propose operational changes and provide associated user impact assessment

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum of 3 years Degree in Human Resources or any relevant field
  • Fluent in English and language of country preferable.

Training

  • Relevant Leadership & Functional training identified by the Company

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience related to the job responsibilities discipline human capital, workforce planning, organizational development, policies and procedures etc.
  • Experience with conducting quantitative and qualitative workforce data analysis using statistical programs and survey software, including Excel, SPSS, and SAS
  • Experience in facilitating technical and functional training
  • Background in Economics, Finance, Statistics, would be an advantage
  • Experience in supervising others is an advantage
  • Experience working in a medium organization

  • Expertise in financial/ statistical analysis and spreadsheet modelling.
