Responsibilities
- Manage health insurance plans including enrollment, renewals, and sourcing new vendors when needed.
- Administer other staff benefits, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Respond to staff queries by interpreting policies and labor laws for applicable circumstances and staff welfare.
- Ensure HR Data accuracy through timely onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Maintain google sheets tools through regular tool health checks
- Support strategic initiatives by leading special projects to advance global HR process, systems, and service offerings.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- 5 years of experience in HR, Project Management, or other relevant fields.
- Project management and execution skills
- The ability to interpret policy and balance organizational and staff interests
- Google sheets expertise (Google AppScript a plus)
- The ability to work across diverse stakeholders to deliver results
- English required in all locations.
