Responsibilities
- Strategic Initiatives Support: Work closely with the managing partner to design and implement strategic Startup Supportinitiatives and programmes
- Project Support: Design toolkits, templates and other resources to support growth plans around product strategy, distribution and partnerships for startups in incubation and acceleration programmes. Support in conducting research on industry trends, market dynamics and providing insights and recommendations for portfolio companies based on the data.
- Thought Leadership: Curating key areas of our work in Startup Support With opportunities for thought leadership, support Managing Partner, practice leads and programme managers and communications team to create the articles, blog posts etc.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identifying and managing engagements with potential partners, other stakeholders

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- 4-6 years experience working in the startup ecosystem on incubation/acceleration programmes, innovation programmes, portfolio management, venture support etc
- Data -driven perspective on the state of the startup ecosystem, current opportunities and challenges and innovative perspectives to build the future of the ecosystem
- Ability to analyze business plans, financial statements and market trends
- Experience in designing and creating learning content for innovation programs, workshops and training.
