*Oversee and manage all stock-related operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage. *Supervise stock team to ensure timely and accurate stock receiving, organization, and stocking. *Monitor product stock levels and communicate with the store manager for reorders or stock adjustments.
*Ensure stock rotation is done regularly to maintain freshness and minimize product obsolescence. *Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
*Coordinate with the sales team to ensure products are readily available on the sales floor.
*Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient storage space.
*Assist in the preparation and execution of seasonal and promotional stock setups.
*Train and supervise stock team members, ensuring adherence to stock management procedures.
*Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to stock counts or product availability.
*Any other duties assigned by the Outlet Sales Manager
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
*Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration or any other related field.
*At least 2 years of relevant experience is required
