Roles and Responsibilities
Financial Responsibilities:
- Preparing and coding documents to capture to Cashbook
- Process income and expenses on Pastel/Accpac’s cashbook
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Inter-company allocations & processing of month-end journal
- Preparing payment requisitions
- Capturing creditors’ invoices
- Managing debtors and debt collecting (including medical aid claims)
Inventory and Asset Management:
- Establish and maintain relationship with customers
- Assisting Stoma Clinic with monthly stock take
- Asset management for Stoma
Administrative Support:
- Filing of all Financial Documents
- Assistance to Financial Manager with reports
- Handling of all financial and admin queries
- Support to Head Office Management and admin personnel

Qualifications and Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 with accounting as subject
- Relevant Financial Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous e.g. National Diploma in Accounting or financial management or BCom Accounting or equivalent NQF6
- Minimum 3 Years’ working experience in a similar role i.e processing up to trial balance
- Proven Experience on SAGE or Pastel
- Experience on SAGE 300 will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, internet-based applications and computer equipment
- Sound knowledge of financial accounting process and policies
- Analysing and interpreting numerical data and produce workable solutions
- Able to work in a team as well as independently within a highly structured and pressurised environment
- Exceptional Organising and Time Management Skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Non-smoker
