We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Stores Manager to oversee and manage all inventory and warehouse operations at our facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, issuance, and security of pharmaceutical stock and raw materials.

  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stock-outs and wastage.

  • Supervise and train store staff, ensuring compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP).

  • Monitor stock levels and conduct regular audits, reconciliations, and reporting.

  • Ensure timely documentation and accurate record-keeping of all stock movements.

  • Liaise with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

  • Enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance in line with pharmaceutical standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in stores and warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement & Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in inventory and stores management within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
