We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Stores Manager to oversee and manage all inventory and warehouse operations at our facility.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the receipt, storage, issuance, and security of pharmaceutical stock and raw materials.

Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stock-outs and wastage.

Supervise and train store staff, ensuring compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP).

Monitor stock levels and conduct regular audits, reconciliations, and reporting.

Ensure timely documentation and accurate record-keeping of all stock movements.

Liaise with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance in line with pharmaceutical standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in stores and warehouse operations.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement & Supply Chain, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in inventory and stores management within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and regulatory requirements.

Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
