- InCharge of ensuring that all stock in the engineering sores is properly stored, labelled and entered in the ERP system to ensure smooth running of the plant. The role holder will also be responsible for stock ordering and stocking of the spares for the plant equipment and must be willing to work in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Material issue and handling
- Ensure accurate capturing of all stock in ERP System
- Stock ordering and requisition.
- Stock stacking and labelling.
- ensure efficient supply of conclusion of stock orders and requisitions
Qualifications and experience:
- knowledge of ERP System.
- must be able to drive a forklift.
- Valid Grade 12 School Certificate
- Diploma in Stores Management or any Procurement Qualification
Attributes and skills:
- Computer literate and organized
- hands-on person and highly organized
- must have 3 to 4 years minimum experience of stores management and preferably in Engineering stores.
- ability to communicate timeously.
